Letting go
doesn't mean you own nothing.
It means
that nothing owns you.
Psychotherapy
My therapeutic work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach informed by a humanistic, holistic view of each individual.
What Is Psychodynamic Therapy?
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an evidence-based form of therapy that focuses on understanding how unconscious patterns, unresolved conflicts, and significant life experiences influence emotional well-being, relationships, and current challenges. It is one of the established and scientifically recognized approaches to psychotherapy.
This therapeutic approach is based on the understanding that emotional difficulties often develop through experiences and relationship patterns that lie outside our conscious awareness. By exploring these underlying dynamics, it becomes possible to gain deeper insight into recurring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, creating opportunities for lasting change.
At the same time, every person possesses strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. A humanistic, psychodynamic approach places particular emphasis on recognizing and building upon these inner resources. Together, we work to develop your existing abilities and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. As underlying conflicts become better understood and integrated, emotional distress can be reduced, symptoms often improve, and greater well-being becomes possible.
The goal is to help you further develop your personal strengths and use them effectively to work through existing conflicts, allowing symptoms to improve significantly or, in many cases, resolve altogether.
